Community is a multidisciplinary group that operates at 360° in the reputation management sector and that includes specialized firms and divisions such as: Strategic Communications, Digital Communication, Media Training & Public Speaking, Public Affairs and Media Research.

Within Community’s modus operandi, reputation building is the finishing line of a track that starts with assessing the client’s situation in relation to its reference context, defining a strategy and the most appropriate means to accomplish the pre-established objectives.

Community’s primary objective is to safeguard clients’ reputation, closely working with them, delivering transparency, proactivity and absolute independence.

For communication projects with strong international appeal, Community operates in partnership with FTI Consulting. 

In 2018, Community founded Reputation Science, a new company born as a joint venture with Reputation Manager.

Reputation Science is the first Italian company combining traditional and digital communication, providing its clients with a strategic and consultancy support based on a scientific and measurable methodological approach to reputation management.

In 2022 Community became a Benefit Corporation.

Community is committed to the dissemination of a true culture of sustainability among employees, customers, companies and other stakeholders also through the preparation of specific plans, including within its communication projects activities that contribute to sustainable development and creation of shared value.

In 2022, from the synergy between Community and Cattaneo Zanetto & Co., a leading company in lobbying and public affairs services, Excellera Advisory Group was born.
With the financial and strategic support of Xenon Private Equity, Excellera brings a world best practice model to Italy for the first time and already at its birth it represents the largest Italian consultancy firm in reputation management and government affairs.

The name chosen represents the DNA of the two companies, inspired by the highest standards of excellence, combined with the ambition to accelerate together with its customers to face crucial moments, whether of challenge or opportunity, in the financial, political and social fields.
