Maria Luisa Barbazza

Psychologist, Transactional Analyst (I.T.A.A. member) and Senior Trainer ASEFOC, she is specialized in Conflict Mediation at Università Cattolica. As a Corporate and Executive Coach (I.C.F. member), she has been dealing with organizational training for about thirty years, mainly working in organisational transformation paths. She also organizes courses aimed at personal development and professional training in the human resources field. She is currently working on an experimental project (BLINKLEAD) which aims to analysing and training new leadership styles/models with a multidisciplinary approach.
