The management team gets strengthened: Auro Palomba named vice-president and Roberto Patriarca appointed CEO

Community, the firm established in 2001 that is now part of the Excellera Advisory Group, today announced that it has strengthened its management structure by appointing Roberto Patriarca as CEO and Marco Rubino as Managing Partner. Founder Auro Palomba will continue to guide the firm’s strategies as Vice President.

This new governance was designed to support major national and international challenges that Excellera Group is set to face and that require ever greater organisational strength.

Auro Palomba will oversee the strategic development, as well as the team management, while Roberto Patriarca will take over operational management responsibilities. Marco Rubino, Managing Partner, Giuliano Pasini, Senior Partner and the firm’s representative on the Excellera Group’s Board of Directors, and the two Partners Pasquo Cicchini and Giovanna Benvenuti round out the firm’s governance.
