Recovery? In the North-East, two out of three do not believe in it: according to them, we will talk about it again in a year and a half, perhaps. This is the surprising picture that emerges from the new survey conducted by the Community Media Research laboratory, directed by sociologist Daniele Marini. “It is a cautious attitude that of the population of the Northeast towards the future, despite the fact that – underlines Marini – the production system and labour market are showing signs of reawakening. The feeling is that in this part of Italy, more than elsewhere, caution tends to prevail over the objective data that official surveys testify”.
